Our goal is to make purchasing items to your favorite artists easy and fast. The following purchase policy is designed for your understanding of the purchase process on our website. If you have quesitons about the information below, please feel free to contact us.
How Much Is It? The purchase prices on our site are set by the artist, the promoter, and agents connected to the artists. Last Adam Group does not set any of the prices. All prices are based on US dollars and will be collected reflecting that.
Who Is Last Adam Group? We act as an agent for artist and promoters to utilize online ecommerce from our site. We also run Last Adam Wear which appears on all charges. Last Adam Wear will show up on your monthly credit card statment.
How Will I Know My Order Went Through? If you do not receive a confirmation email/page after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with us that your order was processed. We can not be responsible for losses if you assume that an order was placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
Why Is The Price A Little Higher At Checkout? Items purchased on our site are typically subject to a convenience charge and a non-refundable per order processing fee. In the event of a refund, only the price of the items you purchased may be refunded.
What If The Show Is Cancelled or Postponed? In the event that an event is cancelled or postponed, Last Adam Group is not to be held liable. We will work with you, the artist, and venue to resolve the matter in 30 days of notice from the venue or artist on the status of the event. Refunds will be issued in the form of a check or a credit to the orignal card used to make the purchase at our discretion.
What If I Want A Refund or Exchange? Before you purchase your items, you agree to inspect your purchase. It is our policy that no refunds, exchanges, or any other concessions will be makde by any parties involved after an item has been purchased. We will work with you to reslove any issues that may arise, but it is up to you to contact us and we will have the final say in resolving the matter.
How Long Does It Take? Orders are processed only after a billing adress, and other billing information has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for your order, this can delay processing and delivery of your items. In these cases, we will attempt to contact you, using the inforamtion provided at the time of purchase. If we are unable to reach you, after our initial attempt, we hold the right to cancel your order and may sell your items to another customer without further notice.
How Do I Get My Products? With tickets, you will have the option to download your ticket from the internet, or if the event you purchased tickets for does hard tickets you will be able to have them shipped to you. ALL orders that involve shipping will utilize UPS. Rates are figured automaticaly by UPS and are under no control by Last Adam Wear. In the event that you have a PO box, we reserve the right to seek other methods of shipping based on UPS rates at time of purchase.
